As the Founder of Cyber Intel Group and First Experts Sdn. Bhd., he is driving innovation in cybersecurity education, bridging the global talent gap through practical, hands-on training and innovative gamified education. Mohamed’s leadership, industry expertise, and strong network in Southeast Asia makes him a key player in shaping the future of cybersecurity and digital transformation.
Carl Thaddaeus
Director
Carl Thaddaeus is a marketing strategist with over 20 years of experience in marketing, creative direction, and business leadership. After earning his BSc in Marketing in California, Carl returned to Malaysia to join Murad Hashim Associates.
In 2006, Carl took over the firm, eventually evolving it into People in Motion Advertising and later Kreeativ Advertising. Under his leadership, the agency successfully diversified into PR, events and KOL management; driving growth and resilience through shifting market landscapes.
Today, he continues to expand his portfolio while maintaining a strong commitment to community-driven initiatives.

He is passionate about leveraging cybersecurity and AI to protect critical infrastructure and ensure seamless digital experiences. Jaideep’s expertise in SASE enables him to streamline network operations and security, while his focus on AI-driven cybersecurity solutions helps him stay at the forefront of emerging technologies. Jaideep remains committed to driving innovation and resilience throughout the technology industry.
Baljit Singh

Baljit Singh is a cybersecurity and technology thought leader with over 25 years of experience developing secure, scalable technology solutions for global organisations. He has led strategic initiatives in cybersecurity and digital transformation, helping organisations enhance resilience, manage risk, and
modernise digital infrastructure.
He served as Head of Strategy at Digital Nasional Berhad, playing a key role in architecting the cybersecurity framework for Malaysia’s national 5G infrastructure. His work in establishing cybersecurity for the nation’s wholesale 5G network earned him the Malaysia Cybersecurity Professional of the Year 2024 award. His areas of expertise include cybersecurity strategy and governance, enterprise architecture, digital transformation and risk management.
Kevin S.
Kevin S. is an accomplished Aerospace Engineer based in California, with a degree from San Jose State University (SJSU).
With over a decade of experience in the field, he has made significant contributions to the development of small satellite technologies.
He served as the Structural Lead for SOAREX-8 satellite project and contributed to the design of small satellites like TechEd-Sat.
He is an experienced instructor in CAD and PLM software, helping professionals master tools for innovation.
Currently, as the Head Instructor for Cybersecurity, he focuses on nurturing, training and educating the next generation of digital security experts.
Joshua Libin
With a strong foundation in physics and electrical engineering from CUNY Macaulay Honors College and Columbia University, He developed expertise in AI and network engineering before transitioning into operations at a startup.
His interests in network infrastructure and cybersecurity led him to explore how systems can be both optimized and secured. After gaining experience in broadcasting and circuit manufacturing supply chain, he currently works as a supply chain analyst and leads process improvement projects.
His passion for network security and threat defense made cybersecurity a natural evolution in his career, and today, he is now a qualified cybersecurity instructor.
