Mohamed Pasha
Max Hasan is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across finance, telecommunications, software, and cybersecurity. A strategic visionary, he has built and scaled multiple successful ventures, forging key partnerships with global leaders like Apple, Facebook, AT&T, and Verizon.
As the Founder of Cyber Intel Group, he is driving innovation in cybersecurity education, bridging the global talent gap through practical, hands-on training. Max’s leadership, industry expertise, and strong network in Southeast Asia make him a key player in shaping the future of cybersecurity and digital transformation.
Ethan Seow
Director
Ethan Seow, ISACA Singapore’s 2023 Infosec Leader and ISC2 2023 APAC Rising Star, is a TEDx and Black Hat Asia speaker, educator, and entrepreneur with 11+ years in cybersecurity training. As CEO of Practical Cyber and Cyber Intel Training, he provides holistic cybersecurity education for both business and technical audiences.
He has trained over 500 individuals, supporting industry entry for 100+. A leader in Div0 and SINCON, he collaborates with CSA, SIT, OT-ISAC, SMRT, and top firms. His focus is making cybersecurity relevant, actionable, and engaging through real-world simulations and innovative pedagogy.
Carl Thaddaeus
Director
Carl Thaddaeus studied and graduated Bsc in Marketing from California before returning to the sunny Malaysian shores to practice and strengthened his knowledge.
He started working in a company called Murad Hashim Associates, such was a company he knew very well as he used to intern and work with them throughout his summer breaks from the states. He learnt various departments of the company from operations, accounts to sales and creative. This helped him take the role as Operations Manager when he came back after graduation.
He later went on to take over the company in 2006, and renamed it to People in Motion Advertising. Fast forward 15 years, just before covid, when his business partner wanted to retire from the business, he took this opportunity to rename the company to Kreeativ Advertising.
As a solo ownership, he was able to direct the company into new areas that he felt were beneficial to grow and also profitable. We moved into areas such as PR, copywriting, events and also artist and KOL management. This diversification helps us maneuver through the bad times of covid and stay afloat.
He has now added on printing and other relevant areas to our portfolio of expertise. We are always looking to grow and give back to the community which has always been a passion of his.
Jaideep Pada
Director of Operations
Jaideep is a seasoned professional in the Telecom and IT sectors, specializing in Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and data connectivity solutions. With a strong background in integrating network and security technologies, Jaideep is adept at enhancing enterprise security and connectivity.
He is passionate about leveraging cybersecurity and artificial intelligence to protect critical infrastructure and ensure seamless digital experiences. Jaideep’s expertise in SASE enables him to streamline network operations and security, while his focus on AI-driven cybersecurity solutions helps him stay at the forefront of emerging threats and technologies.
He is committed to driving innovation and resilience in the telecommunications industry through strategic IT investments and cutting-edge security practices.
Kevin S.
Kevin S. is an accomplished Aerospace Engineer based in the Bay Area, holding a degree from San Jose State University (SJSU). With over a decade of experience in the field, he has made significant contributions to the development of small satellite technologies.
Notably, he served as the Structural Lead for SOAREX-8, a small satellite project, and played a key role in the design and development of other small satellites, including TechEd-Sat.
In addition to his aerospace expertise, he is a seasoned expert and instructor in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software, empowering professionals to leverage advanced tools for innovation and efficiency.
Furthermore, as the Head Instructor for Cybersecurity, he is dedicated to addressing the workforce gap in this critical field by training and equipping the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
Joshua Libin
With a strong foundation in physics and electrical engineering from CUNY Macaulay Honors College and Columbia University, I developed expertise in AI and network engineering before transitioning into operations at a startup.
My deep interest in network infrastructure and cybersecurity led me to explore how systems can be both optimized and secured. After gaining experience in broadcasting and the circuit manufacturing supply chain, I now work as a supply chain analyst and lead continuous process improvement projects.
My passion for network security and threat defense made cybersecurity a natural evolution in my career, and today, I balance my role in supply chain with instructing at Cyber Intel Training.
